Shipping Policy

We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours of being placed. For the fastest and most reliable shipping, choose our UPS option at checkout. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS.

If you place multiple orders in one day, please email us to combine your orders, and we will refund one of the shipping charges.

Important: Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be charged for reshipping.

Shipping Policy:

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at so we can file a claim. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items. If the items are unavailable, we will refund your order. Please note that USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for a missing package.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers and cannot refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

For tracking your order, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
