How long does shipping take?
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped within 72 hours of ordering. For the fastest and most reliable shipping, choose our UPS option at checkout. Note that orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns for store credit if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in perfect condition with tags attached and no signs of wear or damage. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do not offer exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at to start processing a return.

Shipping Policy
If your package is lost in transit, email us at so we can file a claim. If the package cannot be located, we will reship your items or issue a refund if they are unavailable. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages if the shipping carrier confirms delivery. For delivery issues, contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

Important: Double-check your shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for reshipment.

Do You have a Size Chart?
Since we are an online boutique selling products from over 100 different vendors, it is difficult to provide an exact size chart for each item. Please refer to the description of each style for fit information (e.g., True to size, oversized, for taller individuals, for smaller chests, etc.).

Do You Have Gift Cards?

Of course, we offer E-gift cards at By Ari Boutique. You can purchase them here, and the purchaser will receive an email with the E-gift card code to forward to the intended recipient. Please note that E-gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire. Additionally, promotion codes cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

• Of course we do, but please note you will be charged via invoice for the extra costs of shipping to a PO box. PO box shipping usually costs roughly $20.
• We will send you an invoice of the remaining shipping and handling costs, and once it is paid in full, we will ship out your package.
